Parent’s Shabbat
Join Hillel and our students as we celebrate UCSD’s official Homecoming Weekend. We will be hosting a special Parent’s Shabbat on Friday, October 21. Please arrive by 6:30 pm for services and dinner afterward. We will be hosting a free kosher meal as well as reform and orthodox students. Come meet the Hillel staff and experience an on-campus Shabbat for yourself! Parents’ Partnership
If you have a child in one of San Diego County’s colleges or universities, Hillel of San Diego’s Parents’ Partnership is for you!
Hillel’s mission is to bring the richness and vibrancy of Jewish life to the estimated 5000 Jewish undergraduate and graduate students in San Diego County. Connection with Hillel and Jewish life on campus offers unique life-changing and experiential learning opportunities that are not offered anywhere else on campus-from leadership roles to internship opportunities to social programs where students meet friends and partners for a lifetime.

Parents’ Club
In order to sustain and expand the opportunities we offer to your child, we need and depend on your financial support. At each giving level YOU will receive special e-mails and mailings and YOUR CHILD will receive tasty goody packages throughout the 2007-2008 academic year. We thank you for your support at whatever level is comfortable for you.

Your child receives a finals goody basket at the end of each quarter/semester - Parents’ Club $360
Your child receives a finals goody basket at the end of each quarter/semester and a Chanukah basket - Parents’ Club $500
Your child receives a finals goody basket at the end of each quarter/semester, a Chanukah basket, and a Purim basket. - Parents’ Club $1000

Your child receives a gift or holiday basket each month during the academic year.
